Shipping & Delivery

All our orders are delivered via Canada Post within 36 hours of ordering if a product is in stock. If a custom order is needed, we can arrange for larger freight services to handle pallets and large boxes. Delivery times are based on level of service chosen. They can range from 3 to 10 business days. If you need a faster delivery time, you can contact us directly by email or calling 1-877-248-8641.

Privacy & Security

Returns & Replacements

We always try our best to satisfy all our clients. In the unfortunate event that you wish to return your product there will be a 25% re-stocking fee. For any claims please call 1-877-248-8641 to start the process. You'll need to quote your order number so have that available at the time of your call.

You can order online as our "Guest" which will create an account for you at the time of purchasing one or more of our products. From that time on you can use your account to save time. You can also create an account here. We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal. For larger or custom orders we would quote a price and shipping method and require a purchase order and payment in full prior to shipping.
